Shant TV was founded by Arthur Yezekyan in 1994 and broadcasts 7 days a week. Its head office is in Gyumri, the second largest city in Armenia. Shant TV offers free live TV streaming of Armenian political and business news, cultural programs, economics, serials and entertainment (such as music shows like the Armenian X-Factor). The channel also started regular broadcasts in Yerevan in 2001.
